"Take a screenshot" function

• With your Google Chrome web browser, go to the page you would like to screenshot
• Open the extension and choose "Take a screenshot" . The extension will then display a preview of your screenshot.
• You have three choices:
  • Validate the screenshot as it is
  • Crop the screenshot. To do so, simply hold and drag your mouse to create a rectangle defining the portion of the screenshot you would like to keep.
  • Go back to the main menu
• The only thing else you need to do is to rename the screenshot (if needed), choose the sub-category of the documents section where you would like the screenshot to be saved, and add a note (if needed).
