To share a health record (in parts or whole) with another person, they must be in your Circle of Trust. If that is not yet the case, check the article to know How to add someone to my Circle Of Trust?
Once the person is in your Circle of Trust, there are two ways to share data with them:
1. Via the "Circle of Trust"
- Go to the "Circle of Trust" (CoT) tab in the bottom menu
- Select the person with whom you want to share data
- Press the "Share" button (round blue button on the left under the person's name)
- Select the health record you want to share
- Select which sections of the record you want to share (to share the full record, press "Select all" in the top right)
- A summary of what you are about to share is displayed. If this is correct, click "confirm", then carefully read the sharing conditions. If you are OK with them, click "I agree" to finalize the sharing.
2. Via the record you want to share
- In the records' list, select the record you want to share
- Click on the "Sharing" button on the right in the menu under the record's name
- Click on the "+" button bottom right
- Select the person you want to share the record with and click "Next"
- Select which sections of the record you want to share (to share the full record, press "Select all" in the top right)
- A summary of what you are about to share is displayed. If this is correct, click "confirm", then carefully read the sharing conditions. If you are OK with them, click "I agree" to finalize the sharing.
Important information
When you share a record with someone, the sharing is one-way. This means that the data will only be transferred from you to them, not the other way around. If you want to receive any additions and/or modifications made by that person to this record, they must also set up sharing on their side, from them to you.
