We do not store any of your medical data on our servers (nor in the Cloud) to ensure its security and confidentiality. Everything remains on your mobile device. If the device where your Andaman7 app is installed is lost, broken, or stolen, then yes... the data on that device is lost, just like if you had written it all down in a notebook. We cannot recover it for you as we do not have any copies.
However, if you created a copy of your medical data using one of the backup methods, you should be able to restore your data.
If you change your mobile device but still have the old one in your possession and accessible, you can transfer your data to your new device (smartphone or tablet).
