There is actually no "connection" needed to access the Andaman7 on your phone or tablet. This is because unlike many other apps, this app does not rely on a central server to store your data. Instead, all your information is saved securely on your phone, locally. Check this article for more details: Security of my medical data. Your account is thus only accessible from your phone/tablet and you don't need to "disconnect". On the contrary, your app should stay at all times on your device, because if you delete it, you also delete all your medical data, see If I reinstall the application do I lose my data?
If you wish to protect your information further, e.g. from people who could access your app from your device directly, you can block the access to the app with your password. To do so, go into More > Settings and activate the option "Ask my password on startup". The app will ask for your password every time you launch it.
If you wish to change the Andaman7 account used on your device, you have to uninstall the application and reinstall it, which will bring the application back to its original state. BUT remember that it will erase all the medical data from the account you uninstalled, and since Andaman7 doesn't have any copy, we won't be able to restore it for you!!
If you want to manage the data of different people on the same device, then you should use a unique Andaman7 account and create several health records (one for each person) in this account. The health records will be accessible by all people having an access to the device and the app.
