To add a section to a health record:
- In the main menu, go to "My records".
- Choose the record to which you would like to add a section.
- In the sections' view, tap on the section illustrated by a "+".
- Select from the list the section you want to add.
- The new section opens up and its fields are ready to be filled in.
- Note that for the section to be persisted, you need to enter at least one data point to the section. By default, empty sections are not displayed (except for a few default sections).
You can also choose to display all sections available by clicking "Show empty sections" in the top right menu.
