- Go to the "Circle of Trust" (CoT) tab in the bottom menu.
- Press the "+" button, bottom right.
- Type the name of the person you would like to add to your Circle of Trust.

- they have an Andaman7 account*
- in the menu "More" > "My personal information" of their Andaman7 app, the settings of the "Users directory" are correctly set, i.e. their profile should not be hidden in the directory
- If they do not appear in the results, check with them that
- Select the person you wish to add to your Circle of Trust and confirm.
* If the person you are looking for is not yet on Andaman7, send an email to invite them to use the app. Then you'll have to redo the addition process once they have created an Andaman7 account.
Important information
Adding people to your Circle of Trust alone is not sufficient to share data with them. Once they are in your Circle of Trust, you need to configure what you want to share with them. Indeed, you could decide to share only parts of a record with someone, and what you share with one person can be different from what you share with another.
