Your medical data is only stored on your device(s) and not on our servers to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data.
Uninstalling the application and reinstalling it will bring you back to the initial state of the application (plus your basic credentials, which are the only information kept on our servers).
There are three possible ways of recovering your data :
- If you have another device that has been synchronized with your account, it will still have your documents. Start a synchronization with it and the device you wish to use.
- If you have shared your records with another user, you can ask that user to create a share process to send them back to you. Then start a synchronization on the home screen.
- If you haven't shared your data at all with another personal device or another person from your circle of trust AND that you didn't do any back-up of your mobile, then your data is probably lost. However, if some of the data came directly from a hospital, a lab,... we can ask them to reset the sending of data in order for you to get this data back. To do so, send us an email at support@andaman7.com mentioning the hospital, lab,... you were receiving data from and we will contact them on your behalf with your request.
