Your medical data is only stored on your device and not on our servers to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data.
Uninstalling the application and reinstalling it will bring you back to the initial state of the application (plus your basic credentials, which are the only information kept on our servers).
Automatic re-transmission of data in case of a reset has not yet been implemented at the CHU.
There are three ways of recovering your documents from the Liège University Hospital:
- If you have another device that has been synchronized with your account, it willstill have your documents. Start a synchronization with it and the device you wish to use.
- If you have shared your files with another user, you can ask that user to create a share process to send them back to you. Then start a synchronization on the home screen.
- As a last resort, we can ask the CHU to send you your file manually. We will need your national registry number to identify you at email@example.com.
