The Andaman7 app is available for free, so there is no paid subscription. However, if you still wish to delete your account, you can send an email to our support team at support@andaman7.com.
Since this action cannot be undone (we will not be able to restore your medical data!!), we will check with you to confirm that deleting your account and all its data is truly your intention. Please don't be surprised if we ask for confirmation.
We do not require any justification for account deletion, but we always appreciate understanding why our users no longer wish to use our app. This helps us improve. If you have a minute, we would be grateful if you could explain why you made this decision.
Please note that we do not store any medical data on our servers or in the Cloud. Your medical data is only stored locally on your mobile devices and possibly on the devices of those with whom you have shared data. Therefore, to delete all medical data from the app, you will need to uninstall the app from all your devices. We do not have access to your data, even for deletion.
To remove data shared with members of your Circle of Trust, you will need to ask them to delete your record. See "Can I delete the data sent to someone?" for more information.
We only store a few administrative/non-medical data on our servers, which are necessary for account creation, synchronization, or debugging processes (e.g., your email address, first and last name, the type of device on which your Andaman7 account is installed, etc.; see our privacy policy). These are the only pieces of information that persist when you uninstall the app. These personal details are what we can delete for you when you contact our support team (this is your right under GDPR and other regulations).
