Changing e-mail address
Before account validation
If you have entered a wrong e-mail address during registration, you won't be able to validate it. Fortunately you can modify your email directly from the validation screen by pushing on the "Didn't get the email?" button.
This will load a webpage which allows to resend the validation e-mail or change the e-mail address. If you choose "change e-mail address", this will load a second screen where you can enter the correct e-mail address in the specific field then press "Send". This will automatically change the e-mail address in the app and send you a new validation email. You can now close this wizard and validate your e-mail address.
After account validation
For security reasons, it's not possible to change your e-mail address once your account has been validated. If you didn't own the e-mail address or it has been compromised, you can send us an email at email@example.com and we will change it for you.
You can change your password at anytime from our website my.andaman7.com.
From there, you will reach a login page that allows to change your password by clicking on the "Forgot password" button. This will load a second screen where you have to enter your valid Andaman7 e-mail address and then press "Send".
This operation will send an e-mail to the specified address. This e-mail contains a link you have to follow to change your password. Once clicked, you will reach a web page where you can enter your new password and confirm.
The next time you will open the app (with a working internet connection), you will be prompted to enter your new password into a dialog.
Change password when the app asks for it
Sometimes, the app itself will ask to re-enter your password (new login, your password was changed, security update, ...). On those screens, you will generally find a button "Forgot your password?". By pressing it, you can reach the pages mentioned above directly and follow the instructions to change your password.
