Changing e-mail address
Before account validation
If you have entered a wrong email address during registration, you won't be able to validate it. Here is how you can fix it: I made a typo in my email address when creating my account. How can I change it?
After account validation
For security reasons, you cannot change the email address linked to your account yourself, once it has been validated. It is to prevent risks such as losing access to your account if a malicious person access your mobile device without authorization and changes the email to an address they control.
If you legitimately require to change your address (for example, because it has been compromised), you can send us an email at support@andaman7.com and we will change it for you, after performing some extra verifications.
Changing password
You can change your password at any time from our website: my.andaman7.com.
On the login page, click on the "Forgot password" button. This will take you to a second screen where you need to enter your registered Andaman7 email address and press "Send".
An email will be sent to the specified address containing a link to reset your password. Click on the link to access a web page where you can enter and confirm your new password.
The next time you open the app (with an active internet connection), you will be prompted to enter your new password.
Change password when the app asks for it
Sometimes, the app may prompt you to re-enter your password (e.g., after a new login, a password change, or a security update). On these screens, you will typically find a "Forgot your password?" button. Tapping this button will take you directly to the password reset page, where you can follow the instructions to update your password.
