There can be several reasons explaining why you cannot find a person in the community:
- You are not connected to the Internet. Check that you are connected to a WiFi network (or that cellular data is activated for Andaman7).
- The person you are looking for doesn't have an Andaman7 account yet. You can invite them to join the Andaman7 community by clicking on the sharing button on that screen.
- The person changed their settings to hide their profile in the community search results. To check if that is the case, the person can go in the menu "More" (bottom menu) in their app > My personal information. In the "Users directory" subsection, they should check whether the setting "Hide your profile in directory" is switched on.
